What does the IPM Inspection Program include?
It includes regular inspections of all your landscape plants, and treatment as needed for insect problems as they arise. The program is tailored to your individual property and plantings. It may also include fertilizations of specific plants, soil acidifier treatments, or disease treatments as recommended. With an Inspection Program we’re on the property often and can catch pest outbreaks before they are serious. We also offer tree and shrub pruning as part of our Landscaping Services.

How do I know whether I have an Inspection or Target program?
It should be clearly indicated on your original contract. You can also look at your invoice. It will be labeled "Tree & Shrub Installment" or "Misc. service" if you are on an inspection program. (Miscellaneous service invoices are for information only to tell you what we are treating; their cost is included in your inspection program installment payment.) Your invoice will be labeled "Target Treatment" if you are on a Target Program.

I've been a customer a long time. How can I tell if my Target Program is still right for me?
When we notice you are accumulating multiple target treatments, we will recommend you switch to an Inspection Program, which may be more cost effective and adds the benefit of regular landscape inspections. On the other hand, if you've simplified your landscaping, you may want to consider switching from an Inspection Program to a Target Program.
