If you have been a Broccolo customer for several years, we have automatically applied the following rewards to your account:

• A 10% discount on full tree and lawn care programs if you have been with us for ten years or more.
• A 5% discount on full tree and lawn care programs if you have been with us more than five but fewer than ten years.

Please note that renewals for landscaping services such as pruning, edging, mulching, and garden cleanups may be sent separately and do not qualify for prepayment discounts. Target treatments for tree and shrub services are subject to a $35 inspection fee if no pest treatment is needed.

Your contracted services automatically renew annually unless you notify us of any changes. You do not need to return your renewal documents to us. However, if we included a three-part contract for a newly recommended service and you wish to add that service, please sign and return the white copy of the contract to us.

Would you prefer to be contacted by email instead of by phone? We are happy to use email instead if you have a call-ahead service or if we have any comments or concerns regarding your property. Please call or email us, and we will add your email address to your file. Of course, your email address and all of your information is for our internal use only and will not be provided to any other company.
