Summary

• Provide or exceed customer satisfaction in all aspects of landscape maintenance and installation.

Reports to

• Landscape Foreman or Field Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Professionalism, punctuality, reliability, neatness and organization required.
• Ability to listen and follow instructions and maintain a good attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist crew leaders and foreman in all aspects of landscape maintenance, lawn care, or construction projects.
• Provide or exceed customer satisfaction and complete work to BLTC Standards as outlined by foreman or crew leader.
• Awareness of time frame and participation in team effort to complete jobs within budgeted time frame.
• Receive training from foreman and field supervisor on operating all necessary equipment and machinery properly and safely.
• Handle truck, equipment, and tools safely, maintain cleanliness and care in usage, storage and transport.
• Assist with loading / unloading trucks and materials, cleaning trucks, and keeping work area clean.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to those with disabilities to perform essential duties.

Work Environment

• Work is required in inclement weather (i.e. rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.), exception: lightning storms, excessive heat, and excessive cold. Conditions to be evaluated as needed and approved by Foreman.

Compensation

• Flexible, seasonal schedule.
• Hourly wage and time and a half for over 40 hours, seasonal position as sales and production pressures dictate.
