Some of the certifications we possess are:

• Certified Pesticide Applicator: Successful completion of exhaustive classes and at least two separate New York State-administered exams are required for this certification. The result is proficiency in responsible use of pesticides, safety, and pest control measures specific to trees and lawns. Continuing education is required to maintain this certification. • Certified Nursery/Landscape Professional: The New York State Nursery and Landscape Association offers a certification for the landscape industry with the purpose of standardizing knowledge and qualifications, so that the customer can be assured that correct landscape procedures are being followed. This requires passing a certification exam showing knowledge of plant materials, proper cultural practices, and insects and diseases. Continuing education is required to maintain this certification.
   
• Certified Arborist: This is one of our industry's most respected certifications, governed by the International Society of Arboriculture with certification exams administered by local chapters in individual states. A proficiency in all aspects of tree care, culture, and maintenance is required for certification, and certification must be maintained with continuing education.
